This mini workshop serves as an introduction to the Hun Yuan Qi Gong exercise.  The Hun Yuan method will be discussed as well general Qi Gong theory. You will get to experience the basic structural components and learn some of the basic set. as well as serving as an introduction, you will also have some very valuable health building tools that you can take away with you. There will be an opportunity to sign up to a regular  class if you wish.
