Video of Basic Hun Yuan Qi Gong No 2
This is the second of twelve Hun Yuan Qi Gong sequences.
This movement creates a balanced forward and backward force. This force is merged with other forces to create whole body force which is both strong and flexible. The movements are practiced slowly, in a relaxed manner. Tension is released from restricted areas of the body though a combination of intention (mind) and a consciously guided felt sense of relaxing and letting go.

Hi Chris,
Great workshop on Saturday. Im not sure whether this is the place, but I wonder whether you might post some basic postural instructions for the Hunyuan Qigong. I remember "weight forward, sit down, lift front line, force in sides of neck, kua down and back" but it would be good to reminded of the important points. Also, a short vid of no's 4 and 5 would be extremely useful...
Best wishes
Dan
