MSG and Aspartame ( sweeteners )

Practicing any form of exercise cannot protect us from the rubbish we eat. Consciously or unconsciously ingesting toxic materials disguised as food is a criminal act that your governments are not willing to tackle. We have to take sole responsibility to source well what we eat and do our best to limit the damage we do through a lack of awareness. The more information gets out the better. The simple act of taking the time to look at what we eat is time well spent, for a few extra minutes during shoppingcould lead to simply feeling good after we eat.. which is the way nature intended.. get a grip of your own health. Never take any advice from obese, grey skinned, bloodless and therefore toxic, new age Tai Chi teachers who may tell you that Tai Chi or Qi Gong can help with health when clearly they exhibit no health themselves,  C.Ray 2012
